Please consult us about secondary and tertiary processing technologies for nonferrous metals and other materials, not limited to iron and steel products.

In the course of my career, I've been involved in the development of a number of somewhat unique technologies, including impact hydroforming, superplastic forming, hot forging, mashy state/semi-solid forming, strip casting, powder forming, roll forming and tube forming technologies. If you are having problems with these or other niche forming methods, please feel free to consult with me.

At present, I am also serving as the Vice President of the Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity. Regarding materials, our team at JFE Techno-Research can also propose the optimum solutions, taking advantage of a wealth of experience in the forming of materials beginning with nonferrous metals such as titanium and aluminum, powder materials, metal-based composites, superplastic materials, vibration damping steel sheets and others.
