There are several types of analysis such as the chemical analysis and the conformational analysis. The chemical analysis determines elements contained in the sample and their amount, whereas the conformational analysis studies how the molecules in the sample are aligned and configured.

The analysis can be also divided in two types depending on where the analysis is performed. One is the lab analysis and other the on-site analysis.

Test of Antimicrobial Activities and Test of Antifungal Activities

The antifungal activity test in which the concentration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) involved in the fungal cell is quantified by monitoring the absorbance at a particular wavelength is used to evaluate the fungal growth rate. This test method can be completed within a few days.
